These guys were absolutely brilliant. Needed carpet fitting at relatively short notice and they were able to book it in really easily and with no trouble whatsoever. Pricing was very reasonable and carpet looks brilliant. They called me to give a time window as well and called to say when they were on their way. Very impressed and definitely would recommend.

We’ve worked with Carpetzone for 10 years across 9 different projects, ranging from flats to houses, and we can confidently say they have been one of our most reliable suppliers throughout.

Product Quality

Their carpet selections have consistently met and often exceeded expectations in terms of durability, aesthetic, and material quality. Even in high-traffic areas, their products have held up remarkably well over time with minimal signs of wear. The variety of textures, colours and products.

What stands out most is their reliability. Deliveries are on time, stock levels are well-managed, and orders are handled efficiently. Their communication has always been proactive, and they’ve helped us troubleshoot potential delays before they became problems. Whether it's a rush project or a complex installation, their team is responsive and solutions-focused.

Several of our earliest projects using their carpet solutions—now over 8 years old—still look great.

With a decade of consistent performance across multiple projects, we consider Carpetzone our no. 1 supplier in our interior design. Their blend of quality, reliability, and professional support sets them apart in the industry. Highly recommended.

We recently had our stair carpets fitted at two separate properties by Carpet Zone Luton, and I must say the quality of their work was exceptional. From start to finish, the team displayed professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

This isn’t our first experience with them. Previously, they generously carried out the carpet installation at our mosque completely free of charge, demonstrating not only their skill but also their remarkable community spirit and generosity.

A special mention must go to the two musketeer brothers Asker and Taskir, along with their hardworking team, for their outstanding service and dedication. Their positive attitude and high standard of workmanship make them a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Carpet Zone Luton to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and community-minded carpet fitters.

Excellent communication from start to finish !
The person that came out to do the laminate flooring did a marvellous job, excellent attention to detail, finished it beautifully.
The guy that did the carpet on the stairs did a very good job.
Even the guy that ripped out the old flooring was a lovely person,
They all worked hand in hand doing their jobs, worked very well together, we didn’t have any issues.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting laminate flooring and carpet.
