The carpets and price were fantastic and easily 5 stars. The only reason for dropping a star was the rolls the carpet were delivered on had been bent and so the carpet had a crease down the middle. It’s taken a few weeks for that to stretch out since being fitted but other than that brilliant.

Excellent, good and could be improved...
Excellent : a fair value for money price delivered on time
Good:- Good customer support was available during normal working hours and they helpfully brought the delivery date forward to an earlier slot.
Could be improved:- 4m long carpet roll had been bent during delivery leaving a kink marks which driver hid when photographing . Fortunately the marks vanished during carpet fitting and stretching.

Really lovely quality LVT floor samples. I am impressed! They are a good size too so you can clearly see what the floor will look like. Very happy and will use Carpet Warehouse for my eventual purchase.

I cannot fault the service I have…
I cannot fault the service I have received from start to finish. The vinyl I ordered (Lisbon vinyl flooring) was for my bathroom. The photo shows a nice beige colour but it’s actually a light grey (the only reason for 4 stars) - I’m aware they do offer free samples which I did not order for this vinyl as I liked the style and didn’t expect such a colour difference. That being said, the colour is still lovely and suits my bathroom nicely so I did not contact carpet warehouse regarding the colour difference as it caused no problems. The delivery went as expected - I placed my order on 18/08 and it was delivered on 24/08, within the timeframe expected. I received an email requesting me to confirm the delivery slot offered, which I did and on the day of delivery I received a phone call, which I unfortunately missed due to work commitments, however, it was followed up with a text message immediately advising they will be delivering my vinyl soon. My brother in law laid the vinyl for me which was a smooth process. There was a black mark across the vinyl which was noticed when unwrapping it but this was easily wiped off so caused no issues but it was well packaged for delivery. Overall, I am extremely happy with the product, delivery and the cost and I will be purchasing again when I move onto redecorating my next room!
