Good value and service
We wanted to replace the carpet tiles in our kitchen, dining room and bathroom so decided to source them. We looked at one or two suppliers including the company which we had used before. However, we decided to have a change and found Carpet Tiles Next Day which not only had the tiles we wanted but also had a very good selection website. We contacted them for 4 samples and chose the 2 that we wanted, they were a tough tile and castor friendly so we thought they would be robust for our dining table and chairs.The delivery service from FedEx was good and they arrived within the time frame. We have already done the bathroom and the other two rooms are a work in progress. We will probably used this company in future.

Great service
Helpful, knowlegeable, friendly staff at the Maidstone shop. Selected carpet was not in stock but was delivered and fitted withing a couple of days by a team very competant (and amusing) fitters.
I recommend this company.

Swift and friendly responses
I ended up having to ask for a refund as I double ordered (long story) and they were so prompt and polite, in the same few hours I had made the payment and got the credit note.
I assured Iain that I really appreciated his help and then should I need another order for carpet tiles they would be my first port of call!
