Third time I’ve used Carpet Tile ND and found that product is very good and delivery as promised.
Will use them again.

I recently bought Carpet Tiles from CTND and they were an excellent company overall. They provided a great range of free samples which were very quickly delivered, offered excellent prices which couldn't be matched locally and once I'd chosen and ordered the tiles they arrived next day as advertised. Although I haven't laid them yet you can see they are lovely quality. Thanks.

Placed order over phone as website was down Customer Service very helpful and efficient .Received Carpet tiles by Monday order placed Friday .Good quality tiles at reasonable price ordered samples before choosing good choice of colours .Recently had cause to request extra tiles as supplied in box of 20 having completed room using 2 boxes .I enquired regarding the further purchase of spare single tiles .Checked warehouse for spares for corresponding tiles contacted me to confirm later same day and confirmed availability .I contacted the company the next day to confirm amount required and purchased. After Sales Service was excellent I would not hesitate to buy from the future I thoroughly recommend this Company .Many thanks Mrs D Healey

As the name suggests, the carpet tiles really did arrive the next day (for a few extra pennies). Great tiles, exactly the colour i was looking for. Good to get free samples to check what you want before ordering as well.

The carpet tiles I wanted weren't in stock at the time, but they responded to my query promptly and kept me informed of when new stock would arrive. Eventually delivered without a hitch. I've bought tiles from this company before as I like the colour and quality, and the service is great.

The product was exactly what I had expected. The result when fitted was fantastic.
Tiles cost over 300% less than a local supplied could provide them for! Delivered as expected and easy to fit. Only needed a small number has I already had most of the room (garage room gym) covered. When ordering I was concerned they may be inferior (not as thick) as the existing one's, but this was an unfounded concern and they were just as good.
Would most certainly recommend to anyone looking for carpet tiles.

Not only did I get clear guidance on how much to order, but I was also given practical, cost-effective tips on laying the tiles and using carpet tape. The person I spoke to was an absolute gem: knowledgeable, patient, and generous with their time.

Delivery was smooth and timely. The FedEx driver was a delight, and although one box arrived a day later due to the split shipment (likely because of weight), I was instantly reassured. The same gem I’d spoken to earlier recognised me straight away, had already tracked the missing box, and made me feel like a valued customer, not just an order number.
