Not satisfied at all. Before ordering, a delivery date of 21st of Dec was mentioned. After payment this was shifted to 31st of Dec until 8th of January. It arrived finally at Jan 2nd. It was impossible to revoke the order, the email addresses were mostly not valid and the only one working did not send any reaction. This is a China shop although it has an address in Portugal, but the delivery comes directly from China, therefore communication was impossible. It was an expensive adventure. Perhaps I can sell my stuff now on ebay. I will never order there again.

I only saw the demo of the product because It was a gift . I did not see it. I bought a replica of the Eiffel Tower with lights!

Product itself has an overall good quality. Easy to mount and good materials. Some small parts plastic-made are a bit delicate to mount due to its flexibility. But very good product!
As a feedback:
- Manual could be written in other languages like spanish.
- package was deliveree almost two weeks later from expected date. I understand some overload from christmas holidays but the package was tecnically lost until I called them to have some update and then re arranged a new delivery.

Innerr box was a bit damaged. Delivery was few days after estimate.

My 17 year old daughter really enjoyed putting this together. The instructions were clear and the model seems good quality. Note if you are in the UK, they can't put a candle for waxing or glue through the post so you need your own [though there is almost no gluing]. Really lovely.

Produkten kom sedan i alla fall även om det tog sin tid, och lådan ser bra ut även om det inte är byggt än. Så jag har ändrat betyget till 3 från 1, men låter det jag skrev först stå kvar nedan.

Någon produkt har jag inte sett än, men vid beställning så skulle det levereras på 2-3 dagar enligt deras hemsida. Fast sedan visade det sig att den skulle skickas från Kina och nu 10 dagar senare verkar den ha tagit sig till Europa i alla fall, dock inte rätt land än. De ljuger om leveranstiden, mina förväntningar på produkten är inte höga nu.

I haven't seen any product yet, but if ordered it should be delivered in 2-3 days according to their website. But then it turned out that it was going to be sent from China and now 10 days later it seems to have made it to Europe anyway, but not the right country yet. They lie about the delivery time, my expectations for the product are not high now.
