The carpet is very pretty and corresponds to the picture. It was well packed and reached me within the deadline in good condition. However, I wish the seller wouldn’t use UPS . They don’t deliver it to the house and I had to go and pick it up from a collection point.

We are thrilled with our carpet, it is absolutely beautiful. We had great help from Miroslawa Kozlowski. Delivery was fast and efficient. Absolutely nothing to complain about. German efficiency trumps France every time.

Amazing customer service (special thank you to Ms. Neda Vani who greatly helped us with choosing and ordering our carpets). We bought 4 carpets. We had difficulty in deciding the best choice for our big living and entrance rooms, but very lovely lady at customer service proposed us to order all we consider, see them in real live in our rooms and then choose (they arrange shipping and returns for free which was very helpful). It was a great advice as the one carpet that looked most interesting on the picture, didn't appear as vibrant and colours didn't look same in reality (different light makes a difference). Also different types of carpets have different workmanship and thus vary in texture and feel, so it was really helpful to try a few. Considering we had quite a number of carpets on order (which they knew we wouldn't keep all), they proposed that we pay part of them and others they shipped unpaid - very helpful! When we chose the ones we liked and kept, we calculated the final total - as it was less than our prepayment, we received a refund on difference (everything was very efficient and correct). Excellent experience! Happy with my carpets! Wouldn't hesitate to buy more when needed again!

Excellent service. I found a bank transfer difficult but with customer support and patience, I managed payment and received my goods quickly and efficiently. Full marks to Carpet Avenue.
