Quick delivery to Finland, excellent client service
Quick delivery to Finland. The carpet was fine and matched the description and pictures in the Carpet Avenue net pages.
As, however, we decided to return the carpet and order a bigger one instead, we got excellent service in getting the the carpet returned and the payment refunded.

Iranian carpets are great
I ordered two Iranian carpets. Carpets are little bit darker shade/colour than in webpage. They look really beautiful and are high quality. Carpet Avuenue shall have 5/5 stars, UPS which transport the carpets will have 4/5 stars.

Carpet Avenue tried to hide the main facts about their products. I have purchased a carpet as a clean carpet without any damage or defects, about unfortunately the product was a patina product with defects in the wool. I contacted the company and their answer was that, they have forgotten to add the word patina in the product description. They offered me a minor compensation of about 16% refund, which is very little compensation to their mistake.
