As a supply-only company we cannot take any responsibility for the amount of material you order, this is not possible since we have not seen the project. We can only advise you based on the square meterage supplied to us, but ultimately it is your responsibility to check that your order meets your requirements. Our product pages clearly display the amount of flooring contained within each pack so that you are able to work out how much you require bases on your own measurements.
We do accept returns of unopened packs but as with most retailers, we only accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. In this case it appears that your initial order was placed over 3 months prior to you requesting to return your goods. The reason for this 30 day window is due to batch numbers changing on production of flooring making it very difficult to resell returned products outside of a certain timeframe or return them to the manufacturer.

I bought amtico flooring, I phoned the company to confirm price and delivery, sales assistant was really helpful, delivered from England to Scotland within a week over the Easter holidays and still saved £300.00 compared to buying from my local supplier.

Great service
Was unable to source the discontinued carpet I wanted until I tried this company. Two other companies I tried just looked at the stocks on the computer listings but Tom went the extra mile to contact the manufacturer to ask if they had any left and hey presto I had my carpet. Great price and great communication throughout. Would use this company again.

When I did place my order I was pleasantly surprised that the carpet did indeed come as quickly as promised unlike other suppliers who were quoting much longer time frames.
All in all I couldn’t fault my experience.

Amtico order
Honestly, I was sceptical about ordering Amtico from an online retailer - it's a lot of money if it doesn't arrive or if its poor quality, etc, but was very happy with this company. I requested multiple quotes for different products as kept changing my mind. All quotes came in a timely fashion and all queries were answered with extra advice given where needed. Amtico arrived faster than expected with advanced notice of delivery. Great customer service and great price! Would definitely recommend and use again 👍
