He doesn't actually own any of the cars shown in the videos. He sells tickets first, and only after securing a profit—usually 100%-200%—does he buy the car to pick a winner. It sounds great that someone wins an expensive car for just £3-5, but 30,000 to 50,000 other people lose money. Some lose significant amounts buying bulk tickets, chasing a win that always goes to a single person.
​In Romania, this is considered gambling and requires an O.N.J.N. license, which he lacks. The company is registered in the UK specifically to use a legal loophole: the 'skill-based question' required before buying a ticket prevents it from being classified as gambling under UK law. Most UK residents are aware of these schemes and avoid them.
​In short, this is disguised gambling. Over the last two years, he has operated under two different companies (verifiable online). Furthermore, the declared income does not match the company's real revenue. I have already filed a formal complaint, and there is an active investigation currently underway in the UK targeting both the company and the owner.
