SCAM -- DO YOU BUY

Ordered and paid for 2 electric shavers for Christmas last year, never received. Sent me 2 emails saying "on the way!" Never received. $75 down the drain.

this company steals your money! I ordered a cat toy in Dec 2019 & I still have not received product or money back...several emails back & forth w/promises of its on the way ...7 months & nothing
They deserve negative 50 stars

as Assi! I paid more than US $ 25.00 for a piece of plastic, you are kidding, I want my money back, I am blasting your products advertised on social networks, and I will not stop until I receive what I bought which was a mini datashow or mine money back.

I ordered something for five months ago and I still have yet to receive it. Was $45 and it was like a cat toy but it also had a camera I was so exciting about getting this for Christmas. Supposedly they sent something then it got returned and they sent it again then it got returned. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life don’t ever order from them they SUCK

They sent some cheap toy instead of the item they advertised. Then when I wanted a refund they offered 20% of my money and they wanted me to ship the toy back to China at my cost at $60 to ship. They are total con artists. Dont buy from them

I ordered an mini projector for $22 and they sent me a tripot which is only $3. In my emails with “customer service” they said they can not send such an item with the price advertised, even though I have my order number and corresponding emails. Also told me that nevertheless they could compensate for 10 % repayment. DO NOT buy from this company!!
As soon as I understood that they will not pay me back. I called my bank whose credit card I used for shopping. They helped me much and cancelled the payment and repayed me including shipping.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are a bunch of crooks. I ordered an automatic dog ball launcher for $23 and they sent me a single tennis ball. In my emails with “customer service” they said it that was what was advertised, a single tennis ball for $23, even though I have my order number and corresponding emails. Also said it was my fault but were willing to give me a 10% refund. DO NOT buy from this company!! I cannot stress that enough. I wish I knew how to report them. I absolutely would.

Fraudulent. Similar to others, after 2 months I received a mini tripod when I ordered a projector.
Fortunately I got a refund through Visa Chargeback, I'd suggest you all do the same.

I order a mini projector and after 2 months from China I received a tripod plastic support for camera/projector !!!
I found same here in cinese store for 1,95 euro !!!

Don't buy nothing from them!!! I bought home planetarium with 2 disc. They send me just 2 disc's. Wjen i ask when tjey send me a projector they reply that they are sorry that i receive incomplete parcel. And after few days send me a email that they send me a disc's as a advertisement. I pay for 2 disc 44$. They cheat people!!! Do not bay nothing!!!

They never sent my order - scam.

Their products are junk. I bought a flat iron and when I finally got it the thing was broke and even if it wasn’t I couldn’t use it anyway. The power cord isn’t compatible in the USA. They finally sent another one after months of waiting. I told them to send one that I could use here but they didn’t . They only offered me a 50% refund or I could send it back which would cost more then it was worth. I am going to take the refund and trash the flat iron. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered Doc Martin boots for my daughter. It took 40 days for pkg to arrive and then they sent a horrible pair of shoes that look nothing like the ones I ordered. Still trying to get a refund. Total scam!!!!

I ordered 2 mini projectors and never received either one. I ordered in November an still haven’t received what I ordered. Ruined Christmas by these delinquent actions.

I didn't get the home planetarium, just one star CD. This is a scam!!!

I ordered 2 pieces of home planetarium machine my children's part for a Christmas gift. The packet what I ordered on the front of November despite it that it was advertised with 15 sunny deliveries , a January arrived on his front and only 2 contained a CD. That answer came to my complaint that I received it what I ordered. The problem on the other hand it that I paid the expense of the home planetarium for him, that from a sum I could have got 10 CDs.
