Fantastic company! The booking process was nice and simple. They arrived just before us and had started delivery of the bouncy castle which was quick and easy to set up and in great condition. Absolute hit with the kids!
After the party we were able to pack up smoothly and the bouncy castle was collected at the agreed time from the venue.

Very easy communication via WhatsApp from start to finish. I found that other companies were slow to respond or didn’t respond at all but Carol’s Bouncy Castles were extremely responsive and helpful. They sent photos and videos of previous installations, touched base a few days before the booking to reconfirm all arrangements and messaged on the day of the job to confirm they were on location (early). All of this gave complete peace of mind that we were using a reputable company that values good customer service. The installations themselves were great and the children loved them - although the Bubble House was a bit difficult to manage at times! All in all, would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely loved hiring from Carol's bouncy castles. The member of staff who came out and set up and took away was very polite and happy. Hired for a birthday party and most definitely had the kiddies enjoy it whilst we had it. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to hire one. Will hire again in the future🙂

Fantastic service! Hired a bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday and they were brilliant. The team arrived early to venue, super professional, and the castle was spotless and safe. Kids loved it! We have used Carol’s Bouncy Castles twice now and both times Jason has been so accommodating and friendly. These guys made the process easy from start to finish. Quick to answer a phonecall and message via WhatsApp, compared to other local companies. We ordered one with a slide for our wedding the day before needed. No issues, they arrived on time to set up and provided documents for the Co-ordinator. Kids absolutely had a ball and the parents got a break throughout the day!
