If you are a masquerader and you can not pick up your own costume, DEFINITELY contact and use Carnival Congierge! 💯 Recommend!

I was given a poorly done incomplete costume from my section leader/desinger. My friend and I landed in the UK the carnival Friday and waited ages to collect our costumes. We were exhausted, so at pick up we simply looked to check for all the pieces wrapped up, tshirts, wristbands, and goodie bags. We were collecting for 5 people so our focus was item count. Once we settled into our hotel we carefully looked at the costumes. We then realized that the costumes we were handed were incomplete, falling apart, and barely had any gems on them. Our costume bags had handfuls of little gems and a tube of glue that we were told to add some "extra gems" ourselves. This was after long haul travel from NYC. From a black designer I have played mas with twice before. We were in shock. It was my friend's first time playing mas in London. Myself and another had vouched for this designer. We couldn't believe the state of the bodywear. Poorly glued, lace falling off, barely any gems/pearls/shells, the straps for arm and leg pieces too short and ripped. Portions dirty with some kind of brownish color. OUR TIARAS WERE CHILDREN PARTY STORE PRINCESS TIARAS NOT WIRE WORK CARNIVAL TYPE. CCUK SAVED US. Between literally Saturday night until Monday morning 2 seamstresses from CCUK fixed, altered, secured, and blinged out our costumes. Worth every dollar pound and euro. Without the CCUK team we would not have had road ready attire. Throughout the process they offered help and were completely sympathatic to our plight. I will gladly do all things carnival with CCUK again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️. THANK YOU.

I am so grateful for the service of Carnival Concierge. Traveling to carnival and having last minute changes with pick up dates and arrival times can complicate things. Carnival Concierge has always handled all the chaos with absolute professionalism, humor snd kindness. Thoroughly enjoyed backyard jam. Soca music, jerk chicken, and rum. What more could you want from a Sunday?

We had a blast at Backyard Jam for our friend's birthday on Sunday evening. Thanks to the whole Carnival Concierge team and the venue, Cabby’s Jerk. The Djs and music were on point, rum on point, food on point and nuff vibes were had! The Carnival Concierge rum box was very nicely done👌🏼 and we even had a cake for birthday girl. Wishing the team continued success 👏🏼 We'll be back again soon! 🥳

Had the most amazing time at The Backyard Jam last Sunday. The event has something for everyone, from the music, atmosphere, food and not forgetting that rum punch! It was fun to see loads of people enjoying themselves even in the rain. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

After being grounded for over a year the Backyard Jam was EVERYTHING my spirit and bones required.

The staff, the venue, the music, the vibes and Cabby’s mind blowing rum made the whole experience epic! I don’t know much soca music but trust and believe the DJ had me on my feet!

The whole experience gave me a carnival festival vibe and all for a shockingly cheap £5 (via the online booking site).

Had the best time! Music was vibrant, the atmosphere was great and got talking to some lovely people! Great for a Sunday hangout especially when you don't feel like cooking - the food was top notch! Also the rum punch is sweet but powerful!

Had a fantastic time - Particularly at the international event! Can’t recommend enough!!!
