This is the 4th time Carne Bollente won't refund unless I harass them about it

This is the 4th time Carne Bollente won't issue a refund for my return from Greece until I repeatedly follow up with screenshots and proof that the item has been returned to their warehouse. They claim warehouse delays but I don't think this is an excuse when 2 months have gone by. In the past, they have refused to refund me despite proof of return claiming greek posts are not reliable sources.I believe they are delaying refunds and only refund if and when you repeatedly ask for one.
