Review for CarMatsDirect.com.au do not exchange products?I recently purchased car mats from CarMatsDirect.com.au and was quite disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with the product, such as the Loop Pile hole not being in the correct location, which is a significant concern for fit and functionality.
Moreover, I was disheartened to find that the company does not offer an exchange for a different color, which limited my options and left me dissatisfied with the final product. This lack of flexibility in their exchange policy was not only inconvenient but also unexpected.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure that all details are correct before making a purchase, as the post-purchase support may not meet your expectations.
