They were super fast to respond, and super flexible.
To inspect a car, we went on a long journey on a Sunday, where we were able to negotiate a 20% lower price for the car. The car was with a few defects on the body, but otherwise in a perfect technical condition, so I ended up buying it.

Will come to them again in the future

I am a novice driver, who doesn’t know anything about cars, so it was important for me to find the professional who can carefully check car condition and spot all strength and weaknesses before buying it.
And CarMate is a such professional: excellent service, they agreed with car dealer on test drive, performed nearly 1hour car check and negotiated the price which saved me 500EUR in total

I recently used a service to check a Mercedes-Benz C350e that I was interested in buying. The check took almost an hour and included a paint check, damage assessment, and a check for computer errors, among other things. The inspection revealed some minor issues, such as a repainted rear wing, but there was no serious damage and the mileage was original. Based on the results of the check, I decided to purchase the car and I would recommend this service !
