I contacted Carlinkit regarding a new purchase I made of the Carlinkit Android 15 AI Box Ultra 8+128G also an enquiry I had.

I spoke to them via WhatsApp and the time to respond also the communication was absolutely fantastic and quick.

I was very very impressed on the service provided also them going above and beyond to help with my enquiry and concerns I had.

With a person with disabilities they fully understood my concerns and what I was saying and helped me to feel at ease also helping with a fantastic outcome.

Im not just highly recommend a Carlinkit products as I am a previous customer but also the service is outstanding.

I picked up the Carlinkit Mini Ultra because I wanted a true wireless CarPlay and Android Auto experience without a huge fuss. Right out of the box I plugged it in and it connected instantly to my phone. There was no waiting around or messing with settings to make it work. With both my iPhone and Android devices the adapter just finds the phone and opens CarPlay or Auto without any delays. That seamless plug and play feel is exactly what I was hoping for and it’s nice and small.

Using the adapter has been a joy. Every drive now starts with my phone connecting and my apps ready to go. Navigation, music, calls, messages all happen without a cable getting in the way. I love not having to plug in every time I get in the car. It really feels like a natural upgrade to the factory system and gives me the freedom to just get going.

If I had to nitpick something it would be the price. It feels a bit steep for what the device actually is. I know there are cheaper adapters out there that claim similar results. But I can say this one actually works exactly as advertised and has been dependable every time. For me that made the extra cost worth it.

Negative experience with the Carlinkit T2C Tesla Apple CarPlay Adapter. Completely useless. After psending hours to make it work, if you leave the car and come back, its back to square one. Dont bother yourself buying it.

I bought the tbox ultra and I’m just loving it. Fast response on the screen and no lag on streaming. Best value for your money. You won’t regret picking up one of these Ai box. I have the EAU version but it works flawlessly here in Canada. Just have to use my phone as a hotspot for WiFi because the SIM card is not acceptable in North America. I like having the fast Android 15 model. I haven’t had any issues with it at all and I use it every day.

I ordered the wrong unit. I needed to exchange for a different model. The exchange process was handled with efficiency and grace. Carlinkit rocks.

Great customer service, fast responses. Had a few issues with connecting at first but now it works decently for the wireless Carplay. Still a small lag when you press something but not unusable. Happy with the purchase!

Just bought the new Carlinkit Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Adapter - Mini Ultra 3 (SKU: MINI-ULTRA3A-2AIR-OVA-C). It works flawlessly: low latency and quick connectivity with the car's wired CarPlay, even in underground garages with no network connectivity (GSM, WiFi) which was the main issue with the previous generation's model. Well done, Carlinkit!

Excellent service helped with my issue fast and thank you

This might be one of the worst customer services experiences I have had. My Carlinkit kept bugging out, so I wrote customer service multiple times and they just sent me the directions to connect it. I told them I did this already and they again sent the directions to set it up again. I told them I could read, and it appears this product is not for me and I asked to return it. They sent me the directions to return it and I followed them... twice and I have not heard from them since.

Great communication with a company representative. Helped me find the right product that I needed for my vehicle. Decently priced. Item took a little over a week to arrive. Works seamlessly with my vehicle.

Technically at the level of Ai box that costs almost 200 Euros and has no software support, and alas for the eyes, then there are bugs inside that are ridiculous for this time... From hotspot, Bluetooth,... problems, mismatched software and hardware compatibility... Etc.... People's desire to make money... The idea is good, but the feasibility is a total failure..

I was having trouble finding a compatible CarPlay adapter that was Firestick compatible. An associate at carlink did their research and made sure I was ordering the correct device.

Helpful staff confirmed which adapter I needed to send Android Auto to my car over Apple Carplay. Their Carlinkit 4.0 has this feature. My 2020 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth disables touchscreen if you send Android Auto over Android Auto but it allows for touchscreen in Apple CarPlay so you beam one through the other and boom, touchscreen Android Auto.

I bought an Autokit T2C for my Telsa 3 two years ago. It worked well until Telsa updated its software and I haven't used it since. I reached out to customer support days ago and they sent me the instructions to reset to factory setting and download updates. The Autokit came back to life!
