Car key repair
In the first place it was great to be able to actually speak to someone on the telephone. It was a very smooth initial exchange and a price was quoted immediately, which was a very competitive price as well.
I then rang back later to confirm that my key could definitely be repaired and then that I would be coming to the shop that afternoon.
I arrived 5 mins later than agreed & it was not a problem. The chap took my key and took only about 15-20 mins to do it.
Overall I am very pleased with this service.

Awesome service from start to finish
Awesome service from start to finish, especially considering I didn't end up needing any work to be done. Maybe a glitch, maybe Gremlins - who knows.... Booked in to East Finchley for first thing this morning and yesterdays issue was no more. The lady who greeted me was the personification of excellent customer service. Tested my key and reassured me that there was no issue. Offered a follow up and made sure I was happy before I left. Highly recommended. Hope I don't need them again but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate.

Dangerous
I contacted this company via email to which I have had no reply. For me that speaks volumes for their after sales service.
Hopefully their work is better than their dangerous driving.
I witnessed one of their vans reg YM66 ENU driving very aggressively on 7/8/26, AM near Richmond.
First they cut up a van at a roundabout where they were in the turn right lane & the decided to go straight on (Trying to jump traffic), I think the van used their horn (Completely justified) which your driver reacted by stopping on a dual lane carriageway.
Your driver continued to drive very aggressively breaking the speed limit, swerving through traffic, undertaking & alike.
Not a great impression.

Fast turn around, no time to waste. I called the office at 12pm and enquired by 4pm I had Ghost installed. Great costumer service, friendly staff.

Speedy response and job done. I could not start my car. The steering lock seemed like it was on, but it wasn't. I did a bit of Googling and it turned out it was a common VW Golf fault and I would need a professional to come and fix it by replacing the ignition. I searched for local companies and Car Keys Solutions were the only one to answer their phone and help me. They booked to come the next day. It was a £120 deposit and another £200 to complete the repair. The chap who came was polite enough and gracious; English was not his first language, but he could communicate quite well. The replacement was done quickly and without any mess. I can still use the same keys in the ignition. I think I would recommend them, but I guess it will depend on how long the solution lasts for! There was minimal paperwork and no sign of a warranty.
