I purchased four items. Three sweatshirts and one t-shirt.

Late Delivery: The website said it would take 4-10 business days. I ordered the items on 4/25/2026. I didn't receive the items until 5/15/2026. The items were shipped from China instead of the US Warehouse as stated.

Poor Quality: The sweatshirts are 95% Polyester. The fabrication information was not included on the item detail. The fabric feels horrible.

Poor Sizing: The t-shirt is very small for size large.

Return Policy: I tried to return them, they refused as the items are on sale. I'm not even going to bother trying to exchange the t-shirt. I'm very disappointed.

Made a order 4 weeks ago. Still havent got it. No shipping or tracking info was ever sent and no replies to emails. This is a total scam.

This site is selling very low quality products from china for 10x price. Returning makes little sense as postage costs are almost the refund amount.

Ordered a few sweaters without looking at the webpage carefully. The sweaters are poor quality; I'm not even sure what material they are made out of (only one tag with the size and washing instructions). They ship from China (~4 weeks), and I doubt the company has many if any connections to Germany/the Netherlands, especially regarding cat shelters. Donate directly and do not buy from this company.
