Since I never brought a car, I don't know why I was sent this. One star.

I noticed some garages use CarGurus, maybe it’s because the commission may be cheaper than Autotrader. Overall, I’ve noticed the cars on car Guru are cheaper sometimes. We shouldn’t really support the underdog rather than the meme and not holder.

Easy to use app

It took over three hours to get everything sorted even though I arrived early for my appointment. It’s the longest to date that I’ve ever stayed at a car dealership. One young lady was juggling between myself, other customers and who I surmised must be either her supervisor or the manager. I had to rearrange a job interview as it took such a long time. The car valet was poor, I had to clean the car again , especially the driver and passenger seat.
On a positive note, I am very pleased with the service of bringing the car closer to me without any cost to me. However, for test driving to competition of sale could and should have been a bit more seamless. I didn’t expect to stay that long abs wasn’t prepared for that lent o Tim.

Ridiculously high prices!!!!

From the date of sale, the car we bought from Clay Hall Motors had persistent faults and was repaired more than 3 times, costing us more and more money. The car put my partner out of work for 2 months as a care provider. This car was meant to be reliable and should never have had faults. This car has had to undergo a third-party assessment to provide proof that it had major engine problems with the cooling system.

We can confirm, as per the report we note from the information provided, that there appear to have been cooling system issues since the point of sale and multiple repairs carried out, whilst further evidence may be needed to confirm this due to the mileage covered, there is evidence to suggest the issues were in development at the point of sale.

Easy to search and filter on the website. Made finding a car for less time-consuming and it found some great deals.

The sales man was pleasant but it was a hard negotiation , I would prefer set price , car not ready when it said it would be , so not great

Really great site when looking for a car. Recommended dealers give confidence and was so easy to locate cars of interest. Daily updates for listings of model I was looking for really helpful. Location and car wanted set up and purchased through Car Gurus quickly. Great car buying tool, used cars with reassurance because linked to car Gurus. Great!

The cardigan had very poor quality and it is very expensive. I don't like it you should improve on the quality of it

Hii first thing is that I bought the 2 weeks ago and there was no acc working (not cool air is coming)
2. I bought the car with sensors and sensors are not working only
Car was not washed properly while delivering
This was my first car so I Dnt no too much I took the test drive but not checked all this tings, when I called the dealer he told me he can’t do anything.
I called him in just 1 week
So me it’s really frustrating!
