Looking for car finance i decided the best thing to do was to 'shop around' and find the best deal. After a week of confusion and chaos I realised, the one person who was out to get me the best deal too was Eikan from carfinance247. He found me great apr rates, we decided on an affordable budget, he helped me narrow my potential list down and together we found the perfect car. He made everything hassle free and easy to understand. He was very patient with me, understanding of my concerns and helpful every step of the way. Had a great experience with CarFinance 247. From the first call my account handler Luke Sillito was patient and always available to answer any questions I had, as well as talk me through my options! After a couple of weeks of viewing cars, I finally found the one that hit all my requirements and I messaged Luke to let him know - within 45 minutes the finance had been agreed and it will be ready to pick up from the dealership in the next couple days! I had been referred by my Dad who had a similar great experience with this organisation. Really chuffed and looking forward to picking up my new wheels!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from CarFinance 247, especially from Callum O’Connor.
This is exactly how customer service should be done. Callum was incredibly flexible, worked around my availability to discuss my finance options, and took the time to understand my situation rather than treating me like just another application.
Everything was handled professionally, communication was excellent throughout, and he managed to get everything resolved within a single day. The whole process was far less stressful than I expected.
I’m genuinely impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CarFinance 247, particularly if you get the chance to work with Callum. Thanks again!
