Initially when placing the order for a Golf GTE, my Salesperson was very responsive and professional. They would have received 5 Stars, however... I wanted to add an option to the vehicle BEFORE it was built and had a VIN Number. My requests were ignored. I had even emailed 5 sales people from the ‘selling dealer’, Autohaus Seitz. Nobody has responded at all. That was on the 15th December. We’re now in February and my Golf was just produced, so could have been added 100%.
My reason for the harsh 1 star review, is that I am also a Car Salesman and know what to do and how easy it would have been for them to add the option. They didn’t respond because actually they didn’t really care for the customer once the initial sale was done. In the world of Car Sales, that is very bad business.
