I read the reviews here on trustpilot after ordering a product on the site and I thought I had thrown money away by reading the reviews, I was ready to request a refund! Fortunately I didn't have to do anything, the product arrived on time as expected, the only flaw that it arrived with the package ruined but fortunately it was an in supplement and definitely the fault of the couriers, satisfied with the site, I will definitely reorder! I live in Thurgau, Switzerland, product arrived here!

My experience with Carethy has been a nightmare. Ordered a product, they couldn't deliver, and instead of refunding, they offer worthless points for their site. A blatant scam! They take your money, fail to deliver, and then toss you useless points. Avoid at all costs! Deceptive, unethical, and not worth the risk. Do not trust Carethy – they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. A disgraceful company!

FRAUD! Don’t ever think of purchasing here. I have reported this company to my bank as fraud and will go to the police this week. Items never arrived and no one replies to emails

I purchased Isdin Day Cream from this online service more than 2 months ago. My order no was PHA-CA-231014051957c5971. The product was never shipped to me and much later upon an inquiry I was informed that it was out of stock. No word from them till I reached out to them inquiring about my product. After repeated emails I was informed that the payment will be refunded within 14 days by an agent and will be informed of the transaction once it has been processed Nothing happened . After a spate of more emails which they mostly choose to ignore , another agent replied that they will inquire from their Finance Department as to why that delay was and will get that payment sent out to me with an apology Upto now , despite requesting for an update , there has been no response and no refund . More than $85 for a product that was never sent to me is too much to allow it to slide as the fault was with them and they did not have the decency to refund a payment that they should have processed right away instead of fobbing me off with flimsy excuses about checking with their so called Finance Department . Buyers be aware , even if you have to pay more for a product , please do not ever use Carethy and spare yourself being cheated out of your money.

My oder was placed on 31.08.23. The order should be delivered within 4-6 days. After 3 weeks of waiting I have completed online form and asked to refund the paid amount (CHF 258.22). On 26.September was received confirmation that I will get refund within next 3 weeks. Today is the 3d of November and I still have not received my money.
