I have tried to reach customer service for days, no response

I have tried to reach Carson’s by phone, it doesn’t work, and by email. I have a return, the day I received the product I needed to send it back. $260 product. No answer, no email, now I have to get PayPal involved

I placed my order 17Feb 2025

I placed my order 17Feb 2025, received a Email that my order would ship in 24 hours. It is now 22 Feb with no shipment. I tried call the customer service number 4 times and will be cut off after place on hold. Have sent 3 Emails with no response from them. Today my order was delivered 25 February. Never received shipping notice or tracking number

I have been waiting for my order for…

I have been waiting for my order for over a month! I called the customer service # they provided 1-877-334-3354 and is disconnects after a couple of minutes. I also emailed their customer support at (they won't let me add their email address, I had to take it out in order to submit this review) and crickets!! Don't order from this company! I still don't know if they are legit, that remains to be seen. I do know that their customer service is awful, and the promise of my order being shipped within 3-5 business days is a joke!

Once you place an order you will never hear from them again! So sad I spent the money without researching this company first!

Have some questions about adjusting the modes

Have some questions about adjusting the modes and also intensity. The intensity levels seem interchangable but is there any reason why I should use one and not the other?

I made the mistake of placing an order…

I made the mistake of placing an order for two knee sleeves. I received an email with an Order number and also additional e-mails that I had supposedly ordered Radiance One as well, which is a flat out lie. The problem is that all the glowing reviews for this product take you to fake websites with tons of sales pressure for other products. The customer service phone number is a flake. You get placed on hold and after 3 minutes the call goes dead. You cannot reach an actual customer service rep. I e-mailed a request to cancel the actual order and the fake order the company sent me. For this supposedly being a small business with daytime operating hours it was odd to receive an e-mail response late at night. Thankfully, my credit card company worked with me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Got a response from Caresole.com after they read my review. Looks like writing a bad review is the only way to get a response from this company. They will supposedly provide return instructions if I still want to return the item after receiving it.

Will update this post when and if they send a refund or credit for the return. This remains to be seen.

If I can give a -10 rating, that is the rating. There is no way to speak with someone and emails do not get answered. I got an email for tracking the order, but tracking no. Is blank. I call the number, and an AI answers that is trying to get me to order another product. Cannot inquire about the items I ordered. This fictional company is a complete scam!! BEWARE!

I purchased the Radiance One from an ad on Social Media

I purchased the Radiance One from Carasole on January 31, 2025. I received an email with my order no. 86878. My Credit Card was charged on 1/31/2025. then on February 2, 2025 I received an email "Here's An Order Update" say my order would be shipped within 48 hours. I sent an email to the support email and have yet to receive a response. It is now February 14, 2025 and I have received nothing.

I ordered the Radiance One…

[3Feb2025] Created:
I originally ordered the Radiance One Handset, but I didn’t receive it the first time. It had to be reshipped, and by the time it finally arrived, the delay had been so long that I decided to return it unopened. Caresole assured me there would be no issues with the return.
I covered the shipping cost to China, but now the package is stuck in customs, and the company is completely unresponsive. DHL agents have been trying to contact them to arrange the return, but despite multiple attempts—including numerous emails from me—there has been no reply. DHL has now informed me that they will likely send the package back to me because the recipient refuses to respond.
I feel completely helpless dealing with this seller and would not recommend purchasing from them.

[16Feb2025] Update:
Dear Caresole, as I mentioned in above message DHL are waiting for you to respond and fill in necessary documents for custom, you are included in the email conversation that is three way, between DHL China, You, and myself. What more details do you need in order to respond on my emails and act?

[17Feb2025] Update:
I have just been contacted by DHL and told I am been charged a fee for the package not being claimed, by the China customs. I will be waiting one more day, after which I will ask them to destroy the item. It is so obvious you do not care about your customers' satisfaction, else you would not hide and be nonresponsive more than a month for this return!!! Such a poor customer service I have never experienced in my entire life, and will definitely make sure every of your current customers and any potential ones understand that.

I ordered Radiance One plus the gel…

I ordered Radiance One plus the gel from Caresole and only received confirmation that my order was received. I emailed them a number of times asking where my order was but did not get a reply. The phone number they give us useless as it only rings a few times and then disconnects. Last night I finally got an email back letting me know that they cancelled my order and I would have my credit card credited within 7 days. I am very concerned that I will not receive my refund as they are not reliable. I paid over $400 Canadian and that is a lot to loose.

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam!! I didn't receive my order and there is no real shipping information. Tracking number leads to a second company that tries to scam a second time to release Tracking information.

Most comfortable and relieving knee sleeves

I was a little skeptical but must say these are very good for the stabilizing knees while walking about and I can wear them for several hours

I ordered knee braces on December 10

I ordered knee braces on December 10, 2024. Today is January 22nd 2025. I have never recieved the knee braces. The company accepted my payment of $84 online on December 10. I have enquired by email multiple time about the status of my order but have had no response. I called their support phone number today twice and was disconnected twice after holding listening to music for a few minutes.
THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CARESOLE

I ordered a ipl hair remover

I ordered a ipl hair remover, If I would have known it was coming from china, I wouldnt have ordered it! The item is defective from the start, didn't get a chance to even test the item. I contacted their customer service by email, tried their support number 1-877-334-3354 in the states, but it just kept ringing and eventually hung up! So options were given 1. I either have to send it back (at my expense) or 2, take 30% refund and keep the defective item, this is coming from so called caresole representatives! After a couple of days of going back and forth with the support person, Jinheng Zhang, they offered 35% refund. I have been sending emails back and forth with this person daily, I suggested 50% and now I cannot get them to respond to me. Are these people legitimate or scammers!

If I could give a zero feedback I would. I've been dealing with this company since January 13th as soon as I placed an order I saw two double charges One for $120 and the other one for $189 I was shocked. I called immediately the next morning to cancel I was promised I would get a refund I am still waiting for the refund on order 82927 I can't get anywhere I've tried PayPal I've tried the credit card behind PayPal I'm getting very frustrated and I called my bank. They keep telling me they're going to take care of it nothing has been done! I also keep calling them and they do not pick up their phone it hangs up after 5 minutes I've emailed them with no reply. I was just emailed by the company and all says is to check the email they sent me? I did not get any email still waiting very sad and frustrating. It is January 28th and STILL not refund or email that they actually called me to let me know on 1/24/25. I filled a report with the consumer protection agency! Still waiting for my 189.00 and 120.00!!!
