Disgusted at the service - i was told i would receive antigen test results in 30ms. 2hrs later and no sign. Contacted them twice to finally have them say their systems went down and could not send to hotmail account. If this was the case why did they not phone people!! After arguing they finally said 'we can send a screenshot via whatsapp', this should of been done in the first place as it was too late and i missed my flight because of this as i was not allowed onthe plane without my result. I had to pay for a new flight to get home! I was given an email by the team in Malaga via chat to send any complaints to however this email is incorrect. Keep trying to get in contact to get a new email however no response. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! People BEWARE when using this company, all they want to do is take your cash and do not care about anything else. Makes sense now why you do not accept card only cash so people can't try stop the payment or claim money back after inadequate service.

Excellent service, very pleasant and very helpful staff. It would have been really useful if they could have been a little more precise about the timing of the results - to within an hour or so; i realise that's a challenge and i did get the result after about 12 hours. Also, better directions to the venue near Malaga airport would have been great and, given that most of the customers are not local, would be appropriate. But so much more professional than what's sortof on offer by the authorities at Malaga airport, which is utterly appalling.

In and out 5 minutes. Got tested at 10:30, got the certificate at 23:45. It was a bit too late... so I was nervous because I gotta travel the next morning.

I did my pcr test today at 12:45. I was told the results will come before 10pm today. Nevertheless no response and no one is answering the website chat or phone. Please, can you help me?

The set up was good: easy to make an appointment, swift answers back, etc.
The folks behind the counter were friendly, the technician taking the sample was very good.
My complaint is that the location for Den Haag is really awful, Google maps gave me crazy public transit directions. When I went home, I realized that it was an easy tram ride back.
I would suggest that better directions to the location are given.
And I should have been more careful in reading that only cash was accepted...which meant I had to find an ATM in the suburb. But that mistake is on me.
The results came promptly at 10 am the next morning. So, I’m good to go.

I did the test for the 3rd time today. Very helpfull people and the test is also kind. Good information and you receive the document the next morning at 07.30 am. My favorite Hoofddorp. Thank you guys.

I had an appointment in Eindhoven for a PCR test. Excellent, cheap and quick service. The certificate came perfectly in time. I would recommend Carephar to my Team!! Keep up the good work.

The test was executed very quickly and friendly! I was a bit nervous but the lady who tested me was very friendly and calmed me. Would definitely recommend.

Everything worked fine. Sampling from nose left a bit weird feeling but was better after some time

Caring personnel, no waiting time, the clinic looks like a local practice (not intimidating), quick procedure, the cheapest of it's kind and the results came is in less than 24h! Really recommend!
