First of all, I love the products. This time my order arrived in about 1 week, even with customs and tariffs. Previously things were delayed 3-4 weeks (no fault of c/o GERD) so that was a welcome change.

I had been looking for the muscle balm…
I had been looking for the muscle balm for 2 years - since taking a Viking cruise. I was unable to order this product until recently. I was so happy to finally find I could order and have it shipped to the US. The ordering was seamless, the shipping info was updated in real time and the product arrived very quickly. I only wish this product was available for purchase in the US to avoid the international shipping costs.

Order not shipped 14 days after order placed
I placed my order on 27 Nov 2025. It is now 11 Dec 2025 and my order has not even been shipped. Very disappointing. I love these products but I don't know if I will order again because of this long delay in shipping my order.
UPDATE 28 Dec 2025 - order still not shipped and c/o Gerd has not responded to three e-mail contacts or this review.

A friend of mine had brought me a sample of the Cloudberry Facial Cream she had purchased on a trip to Sweden. I was really pleased with the products results. Worth it to pay the shipping to USA which was reasonable. Fast shipping, too.
