Sophie Farrant was so reassuring, and explained everything I could possibly think of asking about the lifeline. I felt totally confident to buy, which is unlike me. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. At no point did I feel rushed. Now I just wait for the lifeline to arrive. Thank you Sophie.

We have had the system in place for about 4 years; first for dad with his Alzheimer's disease issues and then with mum for her vascular dementia. Despite many false alarms, the staff were always patient, calm and re-assuring and always followed up with calls to the family in the prescribed sequence we had requested - until contact was made and next steps determined. Knowing that contact point was always there was hugely beneficial for our peace of mind too. They delivered the support they had promised to deliver and for that we will always be grateful and appreciative. When it came to ending the service due to mum going into a Nursing Home, the process was incredibly sympathetic and smooth and thanks to Yvonne Szigeti for facilitating that. Our family can whole heartedly recommend the service. Thanks again.

I would like to thank Yvonne Szlgeti for being friendly,professional and understanding when speaking to her with regards to my mum. She was able to sort my situation out for which i'm very grateful.
I would also like to thank all at Careium for the service they provided for my mum while she was at home. There were never any problems when my mum needed the service even when the button was pressed by accident. I'm sure that their caring nature and quick responses kept my mum safe. She is now residing in a nursing home but i want to thank all the staff for the wonderful service they provided over the years. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you.

I do not normally leave reviews bad or good however in this case I feel really obliged to do so.
I have had to cancel Careium support for my aunt due to her passing away, I dreaded having to contact all the agency’s etc. one has to in these circumstances.
When it came to Careium customer services it was totally different it was so simple and straight forward.
Yvonne Szigeti in your Customer Services was brilliant, she took control and handled everything quietly and firmly and so so polite and if there is any way she can be thanked please do so.
Within the same day of me making contact the finance team had confirmed the refund amount by email and credited the refund to my card.
You cannot ask for a better service.

Spoke to Denys Oleksiienko at Careium on Tuesday 09.06.2026, amazing, efficient and friendly service and the equipment arrived today 11.06.2026 as promised. Careium supplies my elderly mother with a tidy alarm for falls. It was used many times and without fail the staff consistently carried out the procedures to help bring the problem to a safe end. Also, they remained totally professional when the alarm was accidently set off, again carrying out safety checks with my mother to ensure that everything was in order. A great service with great staff.
Ending the contract due to my mother going into care was made easy by Yvonne who expired the procedure and followed up with an explanatory email. Well done all at Careium.

The person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. She explained everything clearly to me and took time to make sure I understood everything.
