Auto renewals without reaching out
renewal without consulting me. It was only discovered by an unfamiliar charge on my credit card.
I had difficulty reaching them and obtaining refund
Update : 3/26 I did get the refund for this future upcoming year after the phone call making it clear I was canceling and actually thought I had canceled. The previous years charges were not addressed. , however, even after emailing them to inquire.

Easy to sign up, as I had gone to another site and your swebsite wasn't as expensive, with monthly payments instead of the total due at purchase like the first one.

Outstanding savings
I used the Careington 500 dental discount plan for many years. The savings are outstanding, and just one dental visit can easily pay for the entire year of membership. Customer service is also very good; everyone I spoke to there was very helpful. Their one shortfall is not keeping their provider list up to date. I would find a potential provider on their list, then call or visit the provider only to find out they did not participate in the plan. So, if you can find a participating provider, I highly recommend.
