Fake company ; don't order
I've had the same experience as most of these reviewers. I ordered Bonsai aquatic plants on 28 November 2024. Still not received. I will contact the bank now and get a refund, as my order obviously won't arrive. They send a tracking number. However, the order seems to go all over the world. China, USA. Then it is in Customs, UK. THIS HAS GOT TO BE FAKE? I've asked for a refund many times, but they just make excuses! BEWARE THIS IS FRAUD!!?

Prices really good but doesn't make it clear that coming from abroad. Order placed on 8 December and still in USA. If I'd known I wouldn't have bothered.

Rotten to the core…
This is the same company that advertises under many different guises. You get loads of emails saying the order is in transit. They go on for months . I can't believe I've fallen for it AGAIN.... I'll be lucky to get this order in time for next Christmas.... Despite aaking for a refund and to cancel the order as soon as I got the first email, I just get loads more emails saying ots in transit. The stuff seems to come from China via America(!). Almost the worst thing about it is that Meta continue to take their ads despite them probably having loads and loads of complaints about this rotten conlmpany. Their name changed with all the different products so it's hard to spot but the emails are the same. If something looks too good to be true..

I suspect this is a fake site. I thought I had checked it out but looks as though I was wrong. Charged £2.99 for shipping but am getting emails saying it's being shipped from USA (to UK) so £2.99 sounds a bit cheap! Presumably reviews are fake as well. Luckily I used PayPal but am now getting emails claiming to be from PayPal with money requests and fake invoices. Beware!!

Transaction went through to a Hong Kong electrionics company at a different value to the order / email confirmation. Thankfully via Apple Pay so details not shared with the company
