I have been purchasing with them from 3 years ago. Their customer service is great. They really care for the clients orders to be completed and fulfilled and you can find items with a very nice price.

I just love cardtrader zero. Saved me hundreds of euros on shipping.

The free shipping costs are a lure.
They grab all cards you need from all sellers and made them ship to their warehouse (and they made the seller PAY for the shipping !), then, after a LOOOOONNG time, when they've gathered all of them, they will put the whole stack of cards pending for shipping to YOU until you PAY additionnal shipping costs depending of nonsenses weight/country shipping fees. Avoid at any costs, plus cards prices are same or even higher for low values one in comparison to cardmarket. Never again.

Be careful when ordering from this company. It is nice that you can order all over the world and they collect the cards in their warehouse in Italy. "It saves on shipping".

So you buy some cards, say about 6 cards for a total of €50-€75. You pay the money and they start the process of getting all the cards to their warehouse. Once done, you can finalize the order and they will send it to you.

That is, if you pay them more money. They hold your cards hostage until you pay them another €20 for the shipping from their warehouse to your home.

Nowhere in the whole process is it clear how much you pay for the cards you order. They boast like there's no tomorrow about their CT Zero service to save shipping costs, yet you pay them a huge rate. For example, on CardMarket you pay about €15 shipping from Italy to the Netherlands with tracking and trustee service! They ask almost €20 AND they take 5 to 7% from the sellers. I fail to see where this saves me shipping costs.

Just go to CardMarket. It's much better and a lot more transparent. It's a shame they don't have some of the games that CardTrader has.

First time i tried to buy and already got "scammed". While waiting for the order the card went up in price and they never shipped It. In other competitors sites, things likes this are not allowed.

Website is well made and user friendly. Customer support answered quickly and help solve my issue.
Cardtrader Zero concept wasn’t clear for me, despite reading everything I could beforehand. After experiencing both sides, only information I would tell the customer are:
1) If you are a Zero seller, you will still end up paying 1 shipping fees (to their warehouse) without being reimbursed or covered. So I don’t see where the savings is suppose to come from (because in the normal scenario the shipping costs are paid by the buyer)
2) If you buy through Zero, you will still end up paying shipping after all cards have reached their warehouse. So the cost you paid when you checkout your purchases is not really the final cost.

Huge offer and price, Zero is super to save money.

Had what I needed and was good, however being in Australia having a AUD price would be helpful

Easy to find cards to buy and sell and reach out to the vendors with the message feature on the site.

Card Trader has one of the best support teams I have ever contacted. I bought some cards some days ago, they sent them over UPS. When my package reached to Mexico, their facilities got cought on fire unfortunately, and my package got lost.

All the time I was fully supported by CardTrader with regular contact with Martha. They fully understood the situation and supported me all the way until the package was declared as "lost" and support team fully refund me. They also added a discount for next purchased.

Its the best place to get cards that I can't normally get in my country.
I also had some issues with UPS but a support agent named Martha really helped me out and made sure my cards got to me safely. I would use Card Trader a million times over.

My first choice when I buy TCG cards. Excellent feedback when requiered. 100% recommended

Absolutely awesome service! I used card trader zero, and once all the cards had been collected by the stall, it only took one day and I had them in my hands. Great customer service too, definitely recommend!

CardTrader Zero is a great way to buy MTG Cards for the Pauper format in bulk. Packaging is great.
When I had a problem because I missed to pick up a package, I received excellent customer support to resolve the issue.

It was very easy to purchase the cards I want and it was very nice that I could add new cards to the already existing order

Fast, well-protected shipping and a nice little gift included.

The concept of CardTrader ZERO is very good and solid, the only thing I think would be more correct is to explicit the various options for shipment that are visible only on the dedicated page (that must be searched for and isn't easily accessible) and on the personal page after the fist purchase.
