They’ve been processing my gift card for 4 days. I’ve messaged them 3 times to ask why it was taking so long. They advertise 2 hours. I just went back to check and now the transaction is gone. Not in the history either.

Scam site. They just steal your card.

I have never received worse customer service in my entire life. I submitted a gift card for Lululemon. After filling out all of the information and submitting it I notice that Lululemon has switched to Macy somehow so immediately I know the card will not process and I will not be paid. I tried for over an hour to use their 'chat support' feature and I got a generic message (prob from an AI) that said it takes up to 2 hours to process blah blah blah but if you have any questions feel free to ask! to which I sent a screenshot as well as 15 messages to which I got no reply. I also submitted a support ticket that'll prob end up ignored. I'm not at the 3 hour mark and my card hasn't been rejected as it should have and it's still showing 'processing' so as far as I'm concerned they just stole $95 gift card from me. Do yourself a favor and use ANY OTHER SITE. Save yourself the aggravation.

100% Fraudulent company, I'm out $150 from a Walmart GC and have received zero response from their "customer support" which is probably due to a lack of existing.

Horrible experience. Stole funds off my ulta gift card. Absolutely no customer service. As well as no actual processing of the gift cards at all. Once you upload the images they use the funds and leave you wondering, never fulfilling their patt .

Submitted a Walmart gift card for $100 and never received payment. How are these scammers still able to operate online without getting shut down! There stealing money and getting away with it. We need to shut them down and make them go to prison because the last time I checked fraud is a crime!

Do not use this company!!!!! They make it seem like you will get cash for your gift card in 2 hours. I submitted it, never received my money after more than 24 hours, gift card balance is zero and they have erased the transaction in my profile trying to hide what they did. The transaction was erased after I emailed customer service asking on the status of my payment, which was calm and polite. After I saw they erased the history of the transaction to try to hide the fraud my next email to customer service was not as nice.Do not use them, it is all a scam!!!

Drained my card and didn't payout. How the heck can companies like this do this and get away with it. There has got to be someone out there to help us and future customers from getting scammed

I uploaded 3 $100 Nordstrom gift cards which were drained immediately. The site listed my status and pending then processing still no payment or response from any customer service... Scam avoid this POS site.. will be leaving negative comments to any source possible so this company can burn to the ground.
