Have yet to receive my welcome pack after 2 weeks.
When I rang to ask it’s whereabouts the phone was answered in South Africa. Quite difficult to understand a strong accent! Are these phone handlers the ones that cancel cards etc if lost? Hmmm!
I could not find my customer number and the call handler didn’t know where it was!
Still waiting for a call back after 2 hours.
I was initially impressed that for £20 per annum it was possible to input data online via the website. However, on two occasions it has not been possible to access my account. No response to an email so contacted the parent company who hope to respond within 5 days!
After 2 frustrating days and no responses or advice, I was pleased to be able to access my account late on 24/11/22.
I have been paying for this service for many years. On the one occasion I had to call then it was difficult. It took me three times (20 mins) to speak to someone. They were surprised at my “attitude” (I was stressed, it wasn’t personal and no bad language was used). I advised my daughter was in London, lost her cards and I was very worried. I spent more time concerned about their feelings and trying to work out my customer number, even though I was online. I wasn’t hopeful. They called me back when I was sorting it out for myself and left a voice message. When I returned their call using dial back, it was to a different company (Priority Pass) who knew nothing about this problem, seemed irritated and said they would pass my message on. They didn’t. I hope CARDSENTRY respond to this review.
