I ordered two advent calendars and they came really quickly, beautifully wrapped in sparkly Christmas paper.

One of the only sites that had the Xmas card I wanted. Easy to order and get confirmation. Card arrived in protective cardboard envelope so all good. Would definitely use this site again.

Communication and expectation management is first class. I ordered three particular pads. I was told very promptly that, they regretted they only had 2 in stock. I was offered a refund but, as I wasn't too troubled, I suggested they choose a replacement for me. 'Just Dance' instead of 'Just Sing' arrived in a delightfully presented package. AND not just one replacement for the one missing pad BUT two. That's is way beyond my expectations and I'm pretty sure anyone else's.

This is my first purchase so going forward I wonder if we get a preview of what is going to be sent so changes can be made if cards not appropriate, I don’t have young children in my family or parents so those cards would not be useful to me.
