Our granddaughters riding partner received the exact same thing 2 days prior to her receiving hers. Just the look on her face was enough to give you the 5 stars. The quality, the speed of delivery, and price were all done exceedingly well.

Cardo seems to be hit and miss
Cardo seems to be hit and miss, intermittent connections, muting and unmuting all 4 headsets randomly without reason, disconnecting and not remembering the network, having to restart all of the units. We feel like we always have to tinker with them. For the price tag, I was expecting a flawless system that works all the time. I will admit the bulk of the time they do work, and when they do, they are really handy and nice to have! but when they don’t and I am tinkering and not skiing I get annoyed concidering the premium price tag!

Welp. They are hard to pair. They are hard to EQ if that's even an option because the jbls are tinty and very treble driven. So it hurts my ears. It's not made intuitively like you'd expect for the price tag AND I had asked a ton of questions that NOONE ever answered before I purchased. Definitely aggricated currently.

Wife purchased this unit for me on shop recommendations. The instructions inside are so abbreviated and key instructions are missing altogether, it’s impossible to get it to work. After 3 hours I gave up and have returned the unit back to the store. For the price it should have more than a small one sheet.
Easy to work with
Easy to work with. Had trouble with shipping address. I was contacted by Cardo and we made alternate arrangements. Came through perfectly.
Previously with my Packtalk Black
Previously with my Packtalk Black, the only way I could connect to my friend (SENA 20S) was via his phone channel, which only worked occasionally. With the Packtalk Edge, I can now connect to him via Bluetooth, and the connection is consistent. I tried to gift him my Packtalk Black, but he says he's familiar with his SENA.
Love the sound quality
Love the sound quality, easy of use and controls are pretty intuitive. Instructions were straight forward which made install and set up pretty easy.
The unit does not work with an open…
The unit does not work with an open face helmet. I have tried to communicate with my phone, make a call or give phone a command, and it does not work. Guess road noise is to loud. If I would have known that I would reconsider buying the unit.

I have bad experience
I have bad experience, I tried to return this item cause it doesn’t fit into my helmet. I took w/ CS they informed me that I have to pay the return label and no tax refund. In my opinion to improve this company is to stop selling products in the USA.
