I recently used Cardoc to get my tyre replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process completely stress-free.
They handled the tyre replacement quickly and ensured everything was done to a high standard. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in their work.
As a bonus they even washed my car, which I wasn’t expecting at all but was a really pleasant surprise :).

I visited for my yearly MOT. I have used Cardoc regularly for some years.
I find the team a honest, reliable and thorough group.
The environment is clean, tidy and inviting.

I have bought an eight-year old Mazda and want to maintain the Mazda digital service record. However, the Mazda dealerships are inconveniently situated on the extremities of London and expensive. Cardoc offers a compromise in cost, between Mazda dealer charges and smaller backstreet garages. They maintain the digital service record, are very organised, and seem to have highly trained technicians well versed in the complexities of modern cars. One of their mechanics took the time to explain the electronic subsystems in my Mazda. They also advised me of a couple of future problems, but did not attempt to bump me into immediate expenditure. Cardoc are a friendly, highly competent team and I recommend them.

We’ve used Cardoc for more than 15 years. The customer service is very good, they are always helpful, honest and reasonable priced.
Would highly recommend them.

Five stars. I have taken my car there on two occasions, and each time I was thoroughly informed about all necessary procedures. The service was performed efficiently, with great honesty and professionalism. The staff was also exceptionally courteous. I will certainly return in the future.

Give them 24hr notice to allow them to get the parts in. Next day I towed my Smart Roadster in with a non working starter motor. Thanks to Colin the Car and a leaking water pump seal was fixed within 24 hours and at the agreed cost. Car was also cleaned which was a nice touch!

They are very kind and professionally prepaired. I went there twice, they solved the problem and took care of my car. No trouble, no surprise, just peace of mind and huge thanks to Paul and the rest of the team
