I submitted a 150 CHF Paysafecard to CardLuna on 24 August 2026. Their website states that verification should take approximately one hour and that 127.50 CHF would then be paid out in BTC to my wallet.

It has now been more than two days, but I have received no Bitcoin and no meaningful response from customer support. The Paysafecard balance is now showing as zero, while the CardLuna transaction remains stuck on “In verification.”

I have screenshots and the transaction reference as evidence. At this point, I am extremely concerned about whether my funds will ever be paid out.

I am leaving this 1-star review to document my experience and warn other users to exercise extreme caution until this issue is resolved.

I submitted a $25 Apple Gift Card to CardLuna in exchange for USDT. They received my gift-card code, but I never received the promised $22.25 USDT. I contacted their support by email and received no response. Their Telegram support account also appears to no longer exist.
I checked the Apple Gift Card afterward, and Apple confirmed that the code had already been redeemed.
I have screenshots, the original purchase receipt, the CardLuna transaction reference, and proof that Apple reported the code as redeemed. I have also reported the situation to Apple Support.
Be extremely careful before giving CardLuna any gift-card codes. I would not recommend using this service based on my experience.
