Everything was like they told me since the beginning, my representative Jake made everything clear and easy for me to understand, the whole process was very transparent. I am very pleased with the results.

We had a great home buying experience since I decided to work with Ryan on my loan after I've got expected rate. Very quick and clear communication. I had a mortgage already in another country and I would say that system works here better, thanks to professionals such as Ryan.

My experience with Glenda was beyond the word excellence. Glenda made sure that I was comfortable in every step of the way, or should I say every process of the way :) I felt very confident in her abilities and confident in her name. Glenda made me feel like I was one of the real estate family and a million dollar client, even though I am not quite a millionaire yet. It was refreshing to see that Glenda's company had my best interest at heart the entire process. This is a very rare quality that is not easy to find within companies nowadays. :)

The VA refinance loan was excellent and it helped our family.

Peter Munguia my refi manager hung up on me when I told him paying over 10k in closing cost did not make sense to me. I would recommend you to look somewhere else for refi or any loan from them. Very rude very unprofessional and very wrong! Good luck to others with this company you will need it

Mortgage Process was so smooth.

The mortgage process was so smooth and with no surprises. What I loved most was that they kept us in the loop. The constant communication with us gave us a relief that we were heading the right direction.

Jimmy Marcelli, our loan officer was excellent to work with throughout the process of closing the refinance. I would greatly recommend asking for him as he is very easy to talk with and always been responsive to any questions we may have about the loan procedure.

Sean was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job explaining our options, the process and was in constant communication throughout each step. Would recommend him and work with him again.
