What occurred at the underwriting level involving government regulations required a HUGE amount of patience and understanding from everyone at Cardinal Mortgage. Their patience in handling our frustrations was remarkable.

I worked with Tate Bloomer to get a refinance cash out mortgage quote. Over the phone he quoted me a certain rate and closing cost. He told me no lender fees and i made sure to ask in detail about closing costs. HE LIED. After getting all the disclosures and loan estimates. 1.9 points were added in totaling $6,500+. He made no mention of this and tried to sneak it by me. In the end he stopped answering me, had horrible communication and never could meet the initial quote he quoted me for on the phone. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND FRUSTRATION.
