I originally began the process of working with this company on October 23 of 2025. We gave them a down payment on October 24 of 1700 dollars. As of November 24th I had not received anything from this company or its affiliates. When I asked for my money back they informed me to read my contract as there is a no refund policy.
So they essentially take your down payment, provide no service and think that is okay.
Full Disclosure: They did not build my carport, BECAUSE, they were HONEST with me, and said under my situation I should get a local company, and they gave me the Distributor number to call and get local (it was not their fault-it was my situation).
Jason took time to talk to me in detail and was so pleasant! He sent me a very detailed and great bid, and I appreciate his time- I wish it had worked out to use them, but I understand because of the circumstances.
