Terrible, webapp doesn't work, mobile app has too many bugs

I don’t usually drop reviews but I had to do it for intending users.
Cardify has Zero customer experience
The mobile app interface needs to be worked on.
I froze one of my cards and it’s taking ages for Cardify to unfreeze the card.
If use fund there dollar virtual card, you can’t withdraw the money again, even if you don’t want to use the money again.
A lot needs to be done on Cardify Africa….My experience so far with them has been unpleasant.

Once I spend all the money in their dollar virtual account, I’m closing and delete their app from my phone. Anything that toils with my peace of mind and stay faraway from it.

I am honestly disappointed that all my money is being charged and withdrawn without making any online transactions for the whole of this month deposits

My advice, don't use it. Honestly it's not worth it. So unprofessional, You'd fund your dollar card. At first you'd be seeing your money, but login 3 day later, the money have disappeared.

Experience with you would have been the best if you integrate movement of funds from virtual card to account

What's the point of a dollar card if you can not use it, and there's no withdrawal option so you can not collect your money back.
TOTAL SCAM SCAM.

In anything you do, pls don't use Cardify to get USD card. You will be debited and your card will not be issued. I had a really nasty experience with Cardify. My funds totally 32k was debited for card issuance and till date, my card issuing status is still processing. No card, no money.

Their dollars charge is to high
And I have deposited my money to the dollar account up till now in not receive it
And thier customer service is very very poor

Charges on bills payment is to high...other platforms dont charge for electricity payment

I can't say well about Cardify for my experience. I paid and tried to generate a virtual dollar card, it's been over 48hrs and it's still processing. To Make matters worse, their chat app is rubbish as there is no agent to attend to you, whilst I have written severally to their customer care and I have not gotten a single reply for over 24hrs as well.
Cardify is a waste of precious time and funds, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.🤬🤬

This app is really good it gives me a dollar card that I can use to pay for all of my transactions in Glovo, Google and sportify
The only problem is that there are exchange rates is very high, and you can't withdraw from the card except you spend from the third party app

The ability to purchase and fund a dollar with Naira for less amount.

Cardify Africa just helped me solve my inability to make international payment. I generated the dollar card and linked it with PayPal within seconds. Now I was able to pay my foreign university fee.
It was a wonderful experience.

Online transactions for local (naira) payment and international (dollar) services were seamless
