If I could give no stars, I would. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. This dealership is a masterclass in false charm and empty promises. They’ll lure you in with friendly smiles and assurances of “excellent aftercare,” but the moment you drive off the lot, you’re on your own.
They happily took payment for a 12-month warranty but only activated a 6-month one, leaving me stranded when I needed support. When my claim was rejected, I faced huge costs and endless hassle before they finally admitted their “mistake” — yet offered zero compensation or goodwill.
And don’t be fooled by any MOT they provide. The certificate is worthless — I guarantee you’ll discover issues they should have caught. Between rejected warranty claims and repair bills, I’ve had to spend over £2,000 in just a year to fix what they sold me.
This dealership thrives on deception and neglect. Save yourself the stress, expense, and regret.
