Be Wary
Also masquerade as Upliftingcards.com. I got emails from them, I guess I must have given them my address at some point, but from Upliftingcards, not Cardfool. My bugbear (and I think it's illegal right? certainly very poor practice at least) was that there was no unsubscribe link in the email and I've no had to message them to ask them to unsubscribe me.
Love the service
Great cards! I sent a few to a few friends and they all called me to tell me how much they enjoyed them. I read that they're hard to get ahold of but just ask for Grant and he's the best. Will send cards again definitely!
SCAM!

Don't order from this company! I ordered a card weeks ago and never received it. There is no way to speak with anyone.

I've ordered twice this year and the cards came within the week. Love the unique cards--you won't find these at the store. Plan to order again when the next event rolls around.
Inexpensive ecard sent immediately
My Father received the ecard as soon as I ordered it and he loved it. It costed only 1.99, which is cheap as well for what you're getting. Despite all the bad reviews, you guys came through. Thanks Card Fool
I had a very positive experience with CardFool
I had a very positive experience with CardFool. I needed to send some Valentine's Day cards to my college friends that live all around the US. We haven't seen each other in a year because of COVID. I needed a way for us to stay connected. I found cards I loved on this site, they were easy to personalize and all I had to do was hit SEND. No trip to the drugstore, no need to purchase stamps. So so so easy. DEfinitely going to use again!
2 stars because cards did arive to all…
2 stars because cards did arive to all that where sent to. Cards are cheap and flimsy. The cards also arrived almost 28 days late. What's the point of sending a Christmas card that shows up at the end of January?! I ordered these cards 3 weeks before Christmas I believe. I received the ones mailed to me on time. Why did mine show up so late? My understanding that their customer service is hellish to deal with so I never even asked for a refund. Sent out around six cards cost me over $45 and they showed up late. Never again!
Don’t use them ...
Today is 13th February and still my Valentines card has not been delivered . No chance of it coming on time as tomorrow is Sunday.
I tried to contact customer service but that web page doesn’t seem to work .
I will not use them again and advise others not to .

Ordered cards which have never arrived
I ordered cards from Cardfool. I checked their whereabouts and found that they were to be somewhere at London Airport. That was on 28 January 2021. It is now 11 February 2021 and they have still not arrived. If they were at London Airport on 28 January 2021 they should have arrived in Northern Ireland by now. I have contacted Cardfool twice by email and nothing has been done. I would add that they don't even deserve one star. I think I paid with Paypal so I will have to contact them to see if they can resolve the matter. I would never purchase again from Cardfool because of this incident. This is the first time I purchased from Cardfool.
Okay but the print quality isn't great.
The card was okay and it came in just 5 days so that was good. But the printing is not close to a card you'd buy in the store. It's very contrasty and there are no levels of color. It's obviously printed from a picture that's not the best quality... or maybe their printer is not that great. If it wasn't for COVID I would have just gone to the store.
UPDATE: If you take a look at what they sent back, that was very cool of them, right? So, I did what they ask and no one ever got in touch with me. All 'Emily' did was put me on their mailing list. Not cool.

Disappointed with no contact
I was excited to f ind your site and found your ecards interesting and entertaining. I found one that was just perfect and proceeded to join and send it. My pleasure stopped there. I was given a message that the recipient's email was invalid, that mine that I had just opened my account with was invalid, also, and could find no way to ask for help. Couldn't find a way to contact company . I am very disappointed with the site as I had planned to use it again but now have my doubts about it's practices and legitimacy. Seems a very strange way to attract new customers.Would love to find out my impression is wrong but I don't see how I will ever know since I have no way discuss my problem with them......

I had the best customer service during an issue due to USPS. I started a chat with Jill@cardfool today and I have to say she was AMAZING. She was polite, professional, caring, prompt and courteous, the entire time. Hats off Jill. YOU'RE the BEST!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Overall, I would not recommend this merchant. Delivery was expected to take 3-5 days once it left the USA (I'm in Canada). 20 days later, still no delivery. I contacted the merchant multiple times (via their website) with no replies, initially. Very frustrating. Finally received an email stating they would refund my order, which I received 9 days later. Similar experiences can be found on multiple review sites.

Buyer beware!
I am really disappointed that no one has gotten back to me. I am a paying member and I got locked out of my account for some reason. I got an error message. I’ve reached out several times for help and no one has gotten back to me. I am unaware of there being any contact via phone. I actually had to pay an additional amount just to Send a card to a family member the day before yesterday. Their customer service sucks. Never again will I be fooled.
E cards were not delivered.
I have used cardfool throughout the past year to send greetings to family members while we are unable to see each other in person. It was fun to choose and customize cards and send them by email. I recently ordered two birthday cards to send on different days to different email addresses. I received email receipts for both, my credit card was charged, and I received one automated response about one card that said it was delivered but not opened; however, neither card was delivered. I checked with both, and they did not find them in their spam folders either. I have tried to contact the company through their help link, but only got an automated response. The issue has not been resolved. I found a phone number online, but apparently it is defunct. I really want to continue using this company, but with no way of resolving this issue, I don't see how I can trust that any future cards will be sent.
Update: I did hear from cardfool on January 13. They re-sent my ecards; one was 3 days late and the other was 5 days late. They did apologize, but did not respond to my request that they provide an explanation for what happened. It seems that their tech support could have investigated. I've decided to keep checking reviews for awhile before I try using the site again. Hopefully they will work to improve their customer service.

Do not order from them
Do not order from them. I sent 3 cards, none were delivered. (And there was an instantaneous “your card has been opened return email” which is suspicious.)
Their customer support link is broken/non-existant. I hunted and found someone named “jill” who could just be their web person. I emailed her but got no response.
I think this business is either a scam or is totally broken. I am going to have my bank go after the refund.
