The representatives involved in selling my parents apartment have been very helpful and professional, from the first contact by e-mail and all the way to the signing of the sales contract at Notaria.

They have arranged and helped me with all the issues needed to be dealt with, selling an apartment abroad with power of attorney.

From the first contact, the follow-up has been very good. The contract to be signed was thorough and detailed, but understandable and the prospect very good, and distributed on many channels and languages.

They helped me with capital gains tax, tax returns, contact towards the Communidad and
public authorities, etc.

The first contact with Cardenas was by mail from home and thereafter meeting at Cardenas office in Arguineguin, however the contract was signed when back in Norway. Thereafter returning to Arguineguin to end the sales process. Continuing the dialog and the sale process and signing the sale contract from abroad, went smoothly.

I can really recommend Cardenes for the sale of an apartment and would without a doubt buy from them as well.

The people we met very polite and helpful. If any problems arised, they assisted immediately. If necessary, someone came personally, or things were helped out by phone or mail.
All persons we were in contact with, behaved great.
We have been on Gran Canaria for 25 years +, and Cardenas is by far the best company we have had business with.
Keys to the appartment was personally delivered on airport when we arrived. Keys to parking area were organized immediately when we asked.
When we had problems with equipment in the appartment, and they organized with pratical help as soon as possible. As example: When WC was leaking, a plumber was there in one hour.
They were allways alert on phone, and if they could not answer directly, message came on mail or SMS in very short time.
