Completely scammed me
Completely scammed me. I submitted a gift card and they redeemed it but I never received payment. Customer service kept telling me that they were taking care of it but never actually did. order number is CL-30321. Also, their reply is a complete fabrication, I submitted multiple Nintendo cards and was never paid for those aswell. they are just lying scummy scammers.

1. YOU HAVE ZERO PROOF: You can cry and spam insults on Trustpilot all day, but you cannot produce a single Microsoft support transcript showing that CardBix redeemed your code. Why? Because you know full well that you double-spent or submitted an already drained $50 Xbox card (#CL-30321).
2. DODGING THE CHALLENGE PROVES YOUR GUILT: A real customer with a valid card would instantly contact Microsoft to prove their case. A lowlife fraudster hides behind empty accusations on Trustpilot when their double-spending trick fails.
3. NO PAYOUT EVER: Screaming "scam" won't get you a single cent for a spent gift card. Your attempt to extort cryptocurrency from CardBix is a complete failure.

Unpaid $100 Gift Card Exchange – Order CL-31090
I submitted a $100 gift card exchange on CardBix under tracking order CL-31090, but I still have not received my payout. When contacting their Telegram support regarding the missing payment, they completely ignore the pending balance and keep asking if I have more gift cards to sell.
Holding onto my $100 card without paying while asking for more cards is unacceptable. I expect CardBix to immediately process the payout for order CL-31090. I will update this review if the payment is finally released.
