This is a warning to all who are thinking about doing business with this company. On 02/10/2025 I purchased a VANTRUE N4 PRO dash cam. The company said that this item was in stock and that they would ship within 3-5 business days.7 days after I purchased and paid for this item, the company said that they were still processing my order. I first tried to reach out by phone but received no response, subsequently I then email the company. I received no response. I finally got a return email on day 8, saying that their VOIP was down and that they did not have the stock on hand. They also said that the bulk order they had placed with their supplier would be received within 7 days. Once again, I emailed the company on 02/25/2025 as the site said my order was still being processed. Following my email, the company responded informing me that their bulk order had not been shipped to them yet and that they did not have an ETA for me. I then emailed them and inquired about compensation due to the delay. I received a response mail from them, saying that they would refund my money as a compensation. They then refunded my payment; no apology or further explanation was given by them. I tried contact then again by phone to no avail.

This is a warning not to do business with this site or it's director. He advertised products as being avaiable when he does not have stock.
He will take your money and not inform you after you have paid that there is no stock.
When you query why your product has not shipped he will give you a story about some company having taken all his stock a few hours before your order and that he is waiting for new stock.
When you ask for a refund, although your funds have been in their account for days, he will make you wait.
And after all this, he will reply with un-professional comments and child like behaviour. All in all a very poor experience to be had.

The Car Dashcam Store has been truly phenomenal in the high level of reliable service they have provided to me every time I have dealt with them.

I can definitely only Highly Recommend them to anyone looking for quality Dashcam Equipment & Requirements.

Car Dash Cam Store provided prompt responses on all my questions and when I proceeded with my order the delivery was fast and I was kept up to date with the process. The actual camera works well as advertised.

My order is still processing after 1 week!!! I think this guys is taking me to the cleaners!!!!

The delivery was on time and the system was easy to install. This is my second system I bought. My wife feels more confident with her camera. The picture quality is great. I use mine to check road for faults and record it and send to contractor to repair. The GPS works very well in this sense.

Although a delay with supply of the product, I had no issues of a negative nature.

I ultimately purchased the dashcam via Takealot but dealt with the "The Car Dash Cam Store" for the kits needed to have the dashcam installed (hardwired) into my car. My only gripe with everything was the cost, R750 to install it and if I didn't take the car to the installers house, I would've paid R750 plus petrol. I did my enquiries and most car electronics places charged much less but I decided to go this this route to just make sure I don't mess with any warranty related queries down the line. The installer was a nice guy to deal with as well.

I bought a Viofo dashcam from the Viofo shop on Amazon. I subsequently found this site on the Internet and tried to buy some accessories and he basically accused me of importing the cam illegally. He subsequently refunded me for the online purchase I tried to make from his store and he banned me from any future purchases.
