Cancelled my order 2 times, then when i called they told me something about not sending it because one customer had a problem with his, promise they will send me an email later in the day to give me a heads up, then the next day i try to call them back, no one answer and finaly i receive a message telling me that the product is no longer in stock because the last one just got sold, so either they lied to me, or they sent a faulty product to someone. Either way i really don't recommend them.

I brought an AIRTEC product from this company then decided to read the TP reviews after, I expect we have all done it.
Well let’s just say the TP reviews make for bad reading & I got panicked a little that I had been scammed!
It was NOT the case though, the company is totally legit & has regular dealings with AIRTEC.
Communication could be a little better but it’s legit

DONT BUY !!!!!!!! Do your research beforehand and buy from somewhere else, don’t buy from these scam sellers as once they have your money you’re dead to them and they’ll ignore all communication from you, like they’ve done with me. Reported to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards (who are aware of them).

Scam of a company. I ordered a downpipe off of them on finance but a few days later it was cancelled due to having to back order the item. I then contacted them see if I could just wait for the item to which they said it would take 15 days to get the item in house. After that I never heard anything again from them. I’ve sent loads of emails to try and solve the issue but I’ve heard nothing. The worst part is I’m still paying for the item on finance and the finance company can’t do anything without me being able to contact carbonizedd which is bullshit.
