I ordered shorts and jersey on the 7th …
I ordered shorts and jersey on the 7th of June. I received confirmation but I have still not received my order. I have sent 3 emails they responded to 1 saying they have shipped my order and I will receive my order within 7 days. I have received nothing. Please do not purchase anything from this so called company. Absolutely rubbish and I threatened to put there bad name all over social media and that's what I will now do.

It's a shame I can't opt for less than …
It's a shame I can't opt for less than 1 star. I placed an order on the 7th June 2017 and had nothing through the post for over a month. The first email I sent failed to register a response. Likewise, neither did the second. I eventually phoned and left message outlining my disappointment with the lack of goods and that they provided a sub-standard service. Carbon Planet finally responded in an email stating that I would receive a refund. That was on Monday 10th July and I still haven't been refunded. (As of Friday 14 July).
Don't bother with this company. You'll waste time and energy. Find a far more reputable company to do your business with.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Stuff never arrived, don't respond to emails and they've taken the phone number off their website. Probably because of all the irate customers. Do not buy anything from them
