Don’t waste your time. Hardly kept in contact - doesn’t take into consideration your repaid loan history (big or small) they said the fact you ‘took the loan’ was a negative. No matter the excellent repayment history. So didn’t want to help - and let a good prospective client walk. Don’t even deserve even 1 star.

Nothing was a bother, excellent service, excellent people, if your honest with them, you have got no problems.

See the thing is if they know if you have financial issues from the start they can work with it to give you the best option, I don't have any financial issues, but I wanted a good deal for a business vehicle, that was fair for me and the car yard.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, its been the best experience in 35 years of car buying.

Had the best experience with Dhaval. He was very quick and prompt in securing a car loan for me which meant I had a new car within a week. Mum partner is wanting to use the service when he finally finds his dream car 😬

The experience was great. I was contacted and updated frequently on the progress of my enquiries. My consultant was also very flexible. It might have helped a bit more if the consultant/broker would seek to make contact with the client physically in the event the client is unable to make contact at a certain time or because of limited transportation options. I know of other brokers who are eager to drive the mile to help meet the clients needs without hassle by going to the desired location of the client when necessary to conduct paper work, etc. It is important to know that new clients might not have vehicles (partly the reason of seeking to buy a new one). As such, the location of the Carbeagle building is not quite public-transport-friendly so this can be difficult for customers whom rely on public transport.

Overall, the service was fantastic.

From my first initial phone call to Carbeagle, I have not looked back. Krystal George my senior finance broker was outstanding. Krystal had everything set to go, after I submitted my application for finance. I was advised by Krystal that I had the choice of either buying from a car yard or by a private seller. This meant that I could save potentially $1,000's of the price a car, which might be locked into a car dealership. More flexibility, Easier negotiations, and still have the guarantee from an organization such as Carbeagle.com.au to protect my future investment.
