Struggling to upload any photos so can't proceed with my ad. Very frustrating!

Impossible to add any extra photos even though I have paid extra!! I have have message but totally being ignored!! charge back being put in!

Advert produced genuine interested buyers but was a nightmare to find out how to cancel it.

I try with a message if I am still not sure I have phoned and the service from Syed is very Good indeed I was a bit worried at first but but now I feel very pleased with the service .

I had a problem with the site and sent a message explaining this. They responded quickly, solved the problem.

Mehrez was a fantastic help to me when I wanted to advertise my caravan for sale. I could not rotate some of my photos and he was extremely patient with me. Eventually he rotated the photos himself. Thank you so much for your expertise and help.

Mehroz was brilliant in explaining and helping me to complete the application form for advertising my awning for my caravan. I’m a chap in my 80’s and find it difficult sometimes using a computer. I really appreciate all Mehroz has done and all his patience with me. Thank you 🙏

Great, simple to use good quality calls

I had cause to ring the help line and found the helper kind and efficient. He solved my problem quickly.

I've had to contact the support desk 3 times and on each occasion, the person replying hasn't responded to the actual problem I'd reported, instead giving me a response that makes me feel like they don't care.

Do not use! They charge a lot of money per month to advertise. We had been with them for 1 month and not one enquiry!!! I do t think they have the exposure they claim to have. Use a different platform if you can.

Absolute rubbish - paid for ad £17.99 ad went live with all the photos. Had to Edit text in ad and then saved it - it saved as a BASIC 1 photo ad! Contacted you and was asked to provide proof of payment - don’t you have a record of my payment? You did put the full ad on to start with.
Thinking of asking PayPal for a refund - I am so disgusted with you systems and service.

Using thia site was slightly challenging for me as I am no tech expert but Kashif was massively helpful and supportive. He even called me to ensure we could apply exactly what I wanted in my advert and continues to support me. Thanks Kashif

USELESS, placed and ad, it expired and in 4 days they harassed me with over 100 emails to renew. Sent 20 replies asking to stop, they were ignored. Online chat is a waste of time, 2 guys ignored my responses. AVOID AVOID AVOID

A great free platform to advertise on - Sometimes you can find buyers other times you have to look for other routes

Found my latest caravan on this site which was not advertised anywhere else, it was a private and local (ish) sale, very pleased with my purchase and with service that the website offers, I now look quite regularly for my next caravan upgrade.
