From the outset Mark Anderson from Caravan Depot was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. However he was also very professional and knowledgeable, clearly explaining how the process to sell our caravan would work.
We did not have time to sell the van ourselves and we felt reassured in passing this role on to Mark.
We put the van up for sale in October and did not expect much interest in the winter months. However in January 3 strong enquiries emerged and from these a sale was concluded. We live in Hampshire yet the buyer was from Belfast, demonstrating that the Caravan Depot’s net is spread far and wide.
Mark took care of all the hassle we wanted to avoid (photographs/video, advertising, dealing with enquiries and negotiations etc).
Would have no hesitation in recommending.

I recently bought a caravan through Mark Anderson at CaravanDepot and had a really great experience. Nearly everyone will you to never buy a used caravan without viewing it but I actually broke this golden rule and bought a caravan in Basingstoke without viewing it from Belfast. I then booked a ferry and hotels to go pick it up. The reason I felt confident doing this is due the confidence I gained from the initial contact with Mark who answered all my questions in detail and crucially provided nearly 100 high-res images of the caravan from every conceivable angle. This was a huge factor in my confidence to commit as I was able to inspect each one in detail. I was then able to cross reference these images with CRiS database and Mark sent over all service documentation also.

Our experience of buying a caravan through Caravan depot and meeting the brokers Teresa and Darren was fantastic.
We were kept up to date at every stage, the viewing of the caravan, and then the handover day went brilliantly, they demonstrated all elements of the caravan and had us check and double check everything about the caravan to ensure we were happy before signing any purchase paperwork.

Contacted them via their website and expected a call. No. Received loads of emails from them instructing me to call them. So I did. They said someone would call me soon. Nobody did. I called them again after a week and a guy told me there weren't any brokers willing to help sell our 2 year old caravan. I would have appreciated them telling me that. I'm still getting deluge with emails asking me to contact them to sell my van. All quite poor.

I cannot thank Charles and the team enough for the professional way that they handled the sale of our caravan. The process was so easy that I can't understand why people go through the stress of selling when someone else can sort it all for them. We were given regular updates and the communication was spot on. First class service.

Charles was very helpful and was a joy to deal with from start to finish. Turning out on a Sunday after his Christmas "do" the night before was going above and beyond the call of duty.
