Overpriced advertising with zero results
This is the second time I’ve used this service and paid good money and never received any enquires. Waste of money and won’t be using it again. It would seem buyers don’t use your network anymore. I wasted $165 thinking the network would come through but the free gumtree brought lots of enquires and ultimately a sale every time.
Won’t be wasting money again on this network. It’s a shame you don’t offer a refund for zero enquires.
So I got a reply from Alex on trustpilot who wanted to look at the stats of my ad , well Alex you leave no way to contact you and you have my contact details. I wrote the same review on deleting my ad giving you feedback and you couldn’t be bothered to follow it up.
You don’t care about customer experience you got you money already.
I received 731 detailed views with caravancampingsales, I received over 10,000 on gumtree for the same period.
I got 7 interested parties on gumtree and none on your site. Goes to show where the public are going.
I’m not on Facebook so can’t comment on how that would have went.

Edited to added 8/2/22. Thanks for the ad ID. I can confirm some of the details that you've included in your feedback. The ad was viewed in detail over 700 times, it was also saved buy many visitors. Unfortunately, a buyer didn't reach out in the short time it was advertised for. We're unable to guarantee a sale and don't offer a refund under these circumstances. I would have given it 10 but had problems with my add when I paid to upgrade it & your team were very slow at fixing my it, in fact it never made it to the off-road section again like it was when I first posted it. So paying to upgrade was a waste of time & money

Not impressed with this site
Not impressed with this site, I had very few enquiries from my ad, it was very expensive to list on your site where the others are free! Facebook marketplace has a free renew ad feature. Putting pics on C.C.S site is frustrating as you can't rearrange order, have to delete all & start again. The correct model of my van couldn't be listed as it didn't come up in the list of choices & you can't manually add to title.
P.S I can't work out how to reply to C.C sales but my ad id was SSE-AD-11810456

To expensive better results and response for a quarter of thr price would not use them again.Facebook and Gumtree much better.

Advertising for the second time
Advertising for the second time (3 years apart), we finally sold our Caravan. It was great to know that the link was secure and that only people who were really interested could contact us because we took out that level of protection. Putting up as much information about the caravan and location as possible also helped.

Proven winner Caravancampingsales delivers for the seller again.
I have used all the Carsales platforms, for cars, motor bikes and caravans / campers. On this occasion sold my Hiace campervan .
Followed the quick tutorial supplied to advertisers ie...Lots of good quality photographs, quick video with commentary and concise description of the campervan explaining the layout, how it was engineered, safety factors, livability, power and water systems. Also went into 240v and LPG gas connections and safety certificates and highlighted it came with a RWC. Also answered leads generated by with website promptly either email or actual phone calls.

Easy creation of ad, and in my case 3 people showed interest, first to see van bought it with minimal haggling etc.
